We developed 4rem to address a common issue - combating excessive phone usage at night time, promoting healthier sleep habits. The 4rem Lock and accompanying application were devised as solutions to this problem by effectively transforming your smartphone into a simpler device, reminiscent of a traditional cellphone. The lock mechanism ensures access is only granted through a physical device, allowing for automated app restrictions based on your schedule or manual intervention when needed. You have the flexibility to choose which apps to restrict and which remain unlocked.
